Breakdown: Emiliano Ramierz kicked three field goals in Tuscaloosa County’s 44-0 win over Jackson-Olin. The first was set up by Lucas Webb’s 68-yard interception return. Terance Leatherwood had three sacks for the TCHS defense. Hunter Jenkins had two. Tristan Gardner intercepted a pass to set up Jonathan Fonbah’s 5-yard touchdown run. Javorius Hunter recovered a fumble for a touchdown. Hueytown lost to Hoover 45-6.

Breakdown: Justin Carter scored Brookwood’s touchdown on a 27-yard run in a 39-8 loss to Fairfield. Brookwood rushed for 158 yards and passed for 30. Paul W. Bryant allowed 373 rushing yards in a 48-10 loss to McAdory. The Stampede got a 32-yard field goal from Jonathan Shepherd and a 2-yard touchdown run from Tyler Slayton.

Breakdown: David Robinson kicked a 30-yard field goal, and Jemah Guyton and Vincent Davis each had a touchdown run as Central held off Parker 17-15. Central finished with 261 rushing yards. Ron Rice led the defense with 12.5 tackles, including a sack. McAdory’s Garian Bradley rushed for 104 yards and two touchdowns in the first half of last week’s win over Paul W. Bryant.

Breakdown: Demopolis scored 90 points in its first two wins while allowing only one touchdown. The Tigers forced five turnovers and allowed 70 yards in a 41-0 victory over Citronelle. Roderick Davis rushed for 217 yards on 26 carries. Tucker Jones ran for a score and threw three touchdown passes. Saraland defeated Sumter Central 49-26.

Breakdown: Sumter Central’s Lee Otis Washington had eight receptions for 163 yards and three touchdowns in the loss to Saraland. Julius Maye threw for 142 yards and ran for 70.

Breakdown: Adam Gaddis gained 147 yards on five carries as Bibb County beat Carbon Hill 48-7. Gaddis scored on runs of 27, 30 and 55 yards. Bibb County scored 34 points in the first quarter, starting with a 49-yard touchdown run by T.J. Lockett. Gaddis has 321 yards rushing and six touchdowns. Lockett has 354 yards rushing and three touchdowns. Oak Grove lost to Jemison 40-13.

Breakdown: West Blocton gave up a touchdown pass in the fourth quarter in a 14-9 loss to Corner. West Blocton’s Jaylon Gaines had a 1-yard touchdown run and rushed for 154 yards on 26 carries. Trace Wilder had eight tackles to lead the defense. Calera lost to Dora 39-21.

Breakdown: Colton Bradford, Cole Campbell and Charlie Thigpen each scored on an interception return in ACA’s 66-6 victory over Greene County. Austin Akins scored the first two touchdowns for the Patriots, and Parker Dare scored on an 80-yard kickoff return. A.J. Travis rushed for 185 yards and four touchdowns in Northside’s 52-22 victory over Holt. His scoring runs covered 16, 12, 11 and 25 yards. Justin Beck scored twice, and Zarrian Grant had a 27-yard touchdown run. Aaron Appling scored on a fumble return. Travis had 397 rushing yards, and Grant has 288.

Jamarcus Martin leads the Greenwave with 102 rushing yards and 18 total tackles. Darnell Williams ran for two touchdowns, and Tevin Madison scored on a 61-yard punt return in Fayette County’s 30-6 win over Greensboro. Marcellus Redmond ran for a score and threw a touchdown pass to Chris Swanigan. Redmond has rushed for 117 yards and three touchdowns. He has thrown for 332 yards and three scores.

Greene County’s John Paige scored on an 84-yard kickoff return against ACA.

Jamar Plant had two rushing touchdowns. Jeremy McMullen had 209 rushing yards, 75 receiving yards and four touchdowns in Aliceville’s 39-0 win over Hale County. Joe Robinson and Chris Crowell each had more than 100 receiving yards.

Michael Al-DiJilia leads Holy Spirit with 91 yards rushing on 21 carries. Anderson has rushed for 78 yards and thrown for 58. William Winters is the leading tackler with 23 total stops.

Breakdown: Aaron Dillard scored the winning touchdown on a 6-yard run in overtime as Hubbertville beat Parrish 31-25. Hubbertville overcame a 25-3 deficit as Corey Stewart scored on a 2-yard run, Dillard scored on a 6-yard run and Dillard threw a 43-yard scoring pass to David Aldridge. Dillard ran for a couple of two-point conversions. Dillard leads the Lions with 301 yards rushing on 40 carries. Stewart has 206 yards rushing. Clancy Brown rushed for 91 yards on 19 carries and scored Berry’s only touchdown in a 62-6 loss to Marion County, which is ranked No. 1 in Class 1A.

Brown, who was a starter on offense and defense, is expected to miss the rest of the season with a knee injury. Austin Menard scored on an interception return. The Knights are ranked No. 7 in the AISA poll. Morgan Academy beat Wilcox Academy 37-12.

The Eagles’ first touchdown came on a 10-yard pass from Austin Dirksen to Clay Truelove. Clay Hall threw two touchdown passes to Cole Marsh in Southern Academy’s 39-14 loss to Pickens Academy.

Lewis has 680 yards rushing, Joel Pratt 261 yards and Garrett Estes 210. The Pirates are averaging 44 points per game. South Choctaw Academy lost to Clarke Prep 29-0.

Dacari Horne scored on 85-yard interception return. Michael Robertson ran for three touchdowns and threw a 14-yard scoring pass to Horne. New Life Christian lost to The Webb School 24-6, according to the CFA website.

Breakdown: Tuscaloosa Christian, which was off last week, defeated South Haven of Tennessee 34-24 on Aug. 31. Freedom Woods rushed for 201 yards and a touchdown. Jordan Potter threw for 87 yards and rushed for 33. Potter scored two touchdowns. King’s Way Christian, based in Georgia, is coming off an 86-12 victory over Faith Christian Academy, according to information posted on MaxPreps.com.
